We all have our own personal music that we dance to, something no one else can hear, something you were born with then added to as you grew and developed into more of who you are. And I don’t mean dancing as in waving your body around – I’m using it as a metaphor – I mean the way you go through your life and intereact with circumstances – that’s your dance.
If you sit still and in silence and turn your mind inwards, you might be able to hear your music. Mine is light and playful, but with dramatic overtones.
