I recently finished editing a most unique book and loved it so much that I offered to publish it with AIA Publishing. It will be available very soon, but I just wanted to share the gorgeous covers with you and whet your appetite for this delicious read.
Here’s what the author Ken Decroo said about publishing with AIA Publishing.
What a difference a good editor and publisher makes! AIA published the second edition of my novel, Almost Human. They breathed new life into my novel by rebranding it. They kept me in the loop every step of the way with their professional and caring advice and expertise. They met their timelines and were prompt in getting back to me when I emailed them. They were very fair with pricing. My only regret is I did not use them sooner. I love the final product. The book cover is a vast improvement. I look forward to commissioning them for the sequel.” Kenneth L. Decroo, author of Almost Human.
The book had already been published by a different publisher, but after reviews indicating that some editing was required, Ken came to me, and that was the beginning of a beautiful relationship.
So what’s this book about?
Almost Human by Kenneth L. Decroo is a fascinating story about scientists and circus people who work with chimpanzees. The author writes from his own experience and uses words to paint his story in vivid technocolour. It’s a thriller with heart, and the first in a trilogy, with themes of animal welfare, cross breeding and scientific ethics that takes you from America to Africa, and from the politics of academia to the circus. And all this with a colourful cast of characters that you’ll quickly come to love.
Read the description and a couple of reviews on the back of the paperback cover.
I’m excited about this book and love the cover designed by AIA Publishing’s cover artist Rose from Velvet Wings Media.
