Lethal Inheritance Review
This is my first book by Tahlia Newland and I must say this was absolutely stunning! From beginning to end I was hooked on the world, the characters and the action. Not to mention the plot twists and turns that take place.
Ariel is a typical teen living with her mom until she is introduced to demons. They break and enter AND kidnap her mother — that alone blew my mind! It’s the opener for so much action and adventure for Ariel.
Ariel is stunned at first but with the help of Maya, Nick and Walnut she begins to learn her true self and becomes a kick ass character.
This totally rocked my socks more than I expected it to and I highly suggest if you’re looking for a YA Urban Fantasy to pick this beauty up!

Stalking Shadows Review
The second book in the Diamond Peak Series which keeps me on my toes from beginning to end. The pace was just beautiful.
Within this sequel, we get more magic, more action and more plot twists and turns. Ariel is still the kickass character I loved in Lethal Inheritance, but she has much more fire to her.
The romance builds up still between Nick and her which I adore. There are moments I wish they’d just shut up and kiss, but I love the build up and personal growth…that always leads to an awesome romance.
This sequel was everything for me and has me excited for the next book.

Demon’s Grip Review
The third book in the Diamond Peak series which shows much growth for Ariel. She has matured in ways I didn’t see coming, but love because it adds to her character. Gave this a 4.5 star rating.
The romance is now getting further between Nick and Ariel because she finally admits to her feelings for him — thank you! Unfortunately when one person is finally read the other is finally tired of the waiting game.
The action is still coming strong, the drama is full on and the pace is still fast yet smooth.
I’m totally becoming obsessed with this series.

Eternal Destiny Review
We come to the end of the Diamond Peak series and I must say I am sad. I have fallen in love with these characters and the world immensely.
Ariel continues with her journey up the mountain to reach Diamond Peak, defeat the demon’s and save humanity from the infection, Serpentine. Through this book I feel much more of an emotional connection with Ariel which I didn’t fully experience in the first three books and I appreciate that.
The romance between Nick and Ariel has blossomed into something absolutely perfect. The ideal perfect couple, considering their lives.
I enjoyed how this book made me question a lot of things and still left me unsure, but not lost. The ending was perfect.
I totally recommend this series to any Urban Fantasy lover. It will blow your mind.
