The Simply Being approach to how to meditate is based on the understanding that the true nature of our mind is already calm and clear, that any wildness of thoughts and emotions is not the actual nature of our mind, but merely what obscures it. All we have to do is let those obscurations fall away and the peace and clarity of our inner essence will reveal itself naturally.
