Meditation is a vital skill for maximising ones happiness, but though many people think meditating is a good idea, they don’t always find it easy to actually do it; that’s why I’m making resources to help people make meditation a part of their lives, and I’m giving you the first in a series of guided meditations free.
The ‘simply being’ approach to how to meditate is based on the understanding that the true nature of our mind is already calm and clear, that any wildness of thoughts and emotions is not the actual nature of our mind, but merely what obscures it. All we have to do is let those obscurations, fall away and the peace and clarity of our inner essence will reveal itself naturally.
